Job Description     

Our client is a successful casino operator based in the Caribbean. They are seeking an experienced Training Manager to manage the training function within their company. This position would suit a Candidate with North American gaming experience.

Responsibilities

The training Manager will be required to manage all aspects of training and development for the company, including:
• Identify training needs in line with business objectives
• Design training and development programmes specific to requirements of the business
• Keep training programmes up to date and relevant
• Provide training programmes including but not exclusive of:
o Induction
o Table Dealer
o Customer service
o Management development
• Provide feedback to management and staff on training and development
• Development of training assessment and evaluation programmes
• Drafting of job descriptions
• Drafting of training manuals and course notes
• Drafting of procedures manuals


Candidates require the following,
• Provable previous experience in the same role
• Excellent training and development capabilities
• Able to train table Dealers in all major games
• Excellent communications and peoples skills
• Excellent knowledge of casino operations
• Previous experience of procedure writing
• Previous work experience in the Caribbean preferable but not necessary

Salary           $3,500 - $4,000
